Harbor Hall’s heART Studio is an Expressive Arts Therapy program designed for our residential clients. At the core of Expressive Arts Therapy is the transformative power of the arts. Guided by Expressive Arts Therapist Amabel Liu, clients explore and express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through various artistic forms and techniques. This therapy combines creative and psychotherapeutic methods to enhance self-expression and improve overall well-being.

Our objective is to provide a safe and supportive environment for personal growth, emotional expression, and healing from a wide range of psychological challenges. Through our program, we aim to connect with clients on a deeper level, fostering positivity, self-esteem, and interpersonal connections. heART Studio is dedicated to helping clients re-cover, re-discover, and re-create themselves.
