Harbor Hall has been incorporating primary care in our residential programs for many years. We recognize that in order to treat the whole person with a Substance Use Disorder (SUD), it is essential the physical/medical needs of that person is addressed.
Through years of experience from our residential programs, we developed a primary care practice with a primary focus on substance use disorder treatment. What this means is we are capable of treating the SUD as well as other conditions in conjunction with one another.
Our care team is composed of a physician, nurse, case manager and recovery coach. This team monitors the client’s response and adherence to treatment. This team also provides education as related to physical health needs, addiction disorders and other behavioral health concerns.
We accept most commercial insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, cash, personal checks or credit cards.
We invited those patients with no health insurance coverage to apply for the American Rescue Plan.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
