William "Bill" McMillian originally hails from New York City. After spending 20 years in the US Navy, this Vietnam Veteran retired as a Chief Petty Officer. Bill has been working in the drug/alcohol treatment profession since the mid-1970s and has been helping clients of Harbor Hall since 1993. Bill lives in Northern Michigan with his wife and their American Eskimo dog named Bebop. He enjoys kayaking, hiking, and collecting Granite wear. With a working knowledge of Spanish and Italian and fluency in Vietnamese and two dialects of Filipino, Bill has been able to counsel clients from across the globe.
